The first ever Good Samaritan Hospital Flyin’ to the Hoop Skillz Academy went off without a hitch early last week, and we are thankful to have organized such a wonderful opportunity for kids across the area. Everyone seemed to have a great time and positive learning experience from the coaches, who we had the pleasure of working with. Thanks to Franklin High School, Coach Brian Bales, and all the Head Coaches and volunteers who helped make the event such a great experience. We are looking forward to the next Skillz Academy! Check out this awesome clip recapping the event.
Travis Trice, head coach of the Wayne high school basketball team, was recently interviewed by 1410 ESPN radio (Dayton, Ohio), and had some great things to say about the Good Samaritan Hospital Flyin’ to the Hoop event. You can listen to the interview below.
