Who owns the equipment/signage/etc. once Sports Image® purchases it?
A.
The organization owns the equipment. Sports Image ® donates the equipment to the organization on behalf of the sponsors. Sports Image ® then manages the sponsors throughout the contract to renew them and secure revenue for the organization.

What will the equipment cost the school or organization?
A.
The equipment costs the schools or organization NOTHING. Sports Image ® is responsible for obtaining the sponsors. Upon securing the necessary number of sponsors, Sports Image® purchases the equipment for the school or organization. In some instances, they can actually get equipment and some revenue in the first year.

What time commitment and effort is needed from the organization during this process?

Nearly Zero. Sports Image® does 95% of the work. We will ask for input as the project dictates. For example, there may be other opportunities that Sports Image® uncovers that the organization wants to take advantage of.

What time commitment is required from the organization AFTER the equipment has been delivered?
A.
Sports Image® is obligated to renew and manage the sponsorships. The organization is obligated to use and maintain the equipment in good working order. The equipment has a warranty from the manufacturer. If the warranty has expired, it is the organization’s responsibility to get the malfunction corrected. The organization is also obligated to change/add sponsor panels on the equipment – when renewing or adding sponsors.
